If you reside or are located in the European Union ("EU"), DropCoin Network Representive Rene Katerberg is the data controller of all Personal Data (as defined below) collected via the Site and of certain Personal Data collected from third parties.
In addition, Personal Data that may be collected includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, government identification document, and other relevant information which are customary or may be required in order to comply with Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) laws.
DropCoin may gather the following types of information about users through the Site or the Network:

(“DLV”), DropCoin Network Representive Rene Katerberg granted shareholders of the DropCoin Launch Vehicle, Inc. a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, convey, transfer, reproduce, and translate any and all information collected or maintained by the Sites, including user information, information about DropCoin tokens, and promotional coins generated on the DropCoin network.

g. Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, if you have a concern about DropCoin’s privacy practices, including the way DropCoin handled your Personal Data.
Moreover, if you have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your Personal Data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once DropCoin has received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, DropCoin will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless DropCoin has another legitimate basis for doing so.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing of your data before DropCoin received notice that you wished to withdraw consent.
